Cancellation Policy
All Projects are billed according to agreed upon rate. A thorough consultation will be done to ensure mutual satisfaction throughout project phases, and a written agreement will be put in place. Consultations are free unless No-Showed. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due upon booking all other services. Final Payment will not be collected until the completion of the service and after expectations and targets are met on both ends. If Final Edits surpass reasonable expectation (15+ edits, Indecisive Direction, Improper/Delay in Communication), Stubborn Media is entitled to refuse to continue service, in which a fee of $75 would be charged from provided deposit for time invested, and all available files will be sent as is. Please allow 24 hour notice when booking or cancelling services. No-Show appointments are subject to a fee of $10.
